  • Am I able to return a hat once purchased?
    As of now, all sales are final once purchased. Should your package arrive damaged, please take pictures of the box before opening it and take a picture of the custom hat after the package is opened to show any damages. Once we can review any issue, B'Enardo will assess and notify the customer of any possible credits that might be applied; however, please note that all sales are final, and if any refunds are issued, they will be on the product alone, minus shipping and handling.
  • Can I create my own custom hat?
    We would absolutely love to work with you on a design that is going to best fit your style & personality. Please feel free to reach out through our contact page ideas that you possibly want added for personalization.
  • The hat is not what I expected
    Please note that all hats are custom-made and unique to each design created. This means that the hats will have intentional burn marks and scuffs to develop a unique character in the design. If the customer sees a hat they love and might have more questions about the total view of the design that might not be visible in the pics, please contact B'Enardo for additional pics or design questions before purchase. Once the merchandise is purchased and shipped, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
